Digital keynote, 15 October
Bontle Senne will be opening the Digital and Data Science Thought Leadership session on Friday the 15th, sharing a Telecommunications industry perspective on digitalisation. She will be addresssing issues such as:
- The things your management/IT consultants didn’t tell you about digital transformation
- Breaking with how most organisations think digitisation and Agile ways of working
- Getting future-ready: new ways to lead for new ways to work
- Embedding transformation and innovation as BAU
After co-leading the successful £31.4bn pre-merger integration (PMI) of Virgin Media and O2, Bontle Senne (she/her) continued her executive journey within the People and Transformation (P&T) team as the Director of Innovation and Development. Her division’s mandate is to supercharge new ways for our people to work, learn, and lead. This involves leading the central process simplification, internal digitisation, innovation, automation learning, and leadership teams.
Bontle previously held roles as Executive Director of Transformation at Virgin Media, Director of Strategic Development Practices leading Deutsche Bank’s Global Agile Transformation in Corporate and Investment Banking Technology, and co-lead of the McKinsey Africa’s Agile practice as a leader in the Digital team based in Johannesburg.
Bontle is a certified Agile coach, a published author of children’s and young adult fiction and a non-executive director on three boards including St Mungo’s Homeless Charity.
