Eileen was appointed to the position of Head of Customer Experience at Northern Gas Networks in 2011, following 10 years in the gas industry working across both operational and corporate functions, and became Customer Experience Director in 2016.
Eileen is passionate about helping Northern Gas Networks deliver a world class experience for all customers, centred on understanding the individual needs of each and every customer and ensuring every interaction adds value.
