A regulatory view of the hydrogen safety case

Kelli will be talking about HSE's role in supporting the energy networks in key innovation projects around the energy system transition, and the need for evidence to demonstrate the case to support regulatory change to enable a greater percentage of hydrogen into the networks.

Speaker profile

Kelli joined the Health and Safety Executive in 2021 as Head of Energy Policy.

She has previously held policy roles across the Civil Service, including in the Ministry of Housing Communities and Local Government, and the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
With a background in political science, she has an MPhil in Politics and International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
