Innovation engineer Romina Arefin is a passionate professional who manages a portfolio of innovation projects aimed at supporting customers in vulnerable circumstances and enabling low carbon technology access for all. Her projects include Socially Green, a detailed research project aiming to understand how we can serve the needs of customers from all backgrounds in the transition to Net Zero, and Cold Start which aims to keep power supplies running smoothly in a world with electrified heat and transport. Romina holds a Bachelor of Engineering in electrical power engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University
