Ensuring no consumer is left behind in RIIO-2

Stuart has over 35 years of experience in the UK energy market, having worked across supply, consultancy, distributed generation and now innovation in networks. Recently at Centrica he project managed the delivery of Phase 1 of the Cornwall Local Energy Market platform delivery and was project manager for Optimise Prime, the largest commercial EV trial in the world. His projects primarily are market based, in particular around flexibility. Now an Innovation Engineer at Western Power Distribution, his current projects are Intraflex and Future Flex and has also managed other large innovation projects. He has been on numerous forums and panels including the last two Labour Party Conferences talking about local energy markets and the role of the public sector in the energy transition.
